Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control we are sorry to inform you that we are having to cancel our christmas meet. 😢

We have not taken this decision lightly.

We are a new committee who are still adapting to our roles and we are excited with the changes and plans we have in place for next year.

We are always happy to have new committee member’s – so if you would like to become involved (or wish to find out more about what being on the committee involves), please do not hesitate to contact us before the end of this year, as new committee members need to be nominated by 3rd Jan 2023.

We very much welcome your support at the AGM at Rushbury Village Hall at 3pm on 3rd – 5th March 2023. This will be our next meet.

Our sites list will be published shortly and we are also actively looking for Stewards!
