Traditional British Bank Holiday weather meant that the attendance at our Birthday Meet at Featherknowl Farm, Ashford Bowdler was a little less than expected, but that didn’t prevent us from having another great weekend!

Units arrived during the first 2 days, with some happy to stay onsite and enjoy some fishing, whilst others went off to explore the nearby towns of Ludlow and Leominster.

Saturday saw us celebrating the DA’s 68th birthday, with most units attending an afternoon tea provided by our stewards, Ken and Jean. Thanks to them for organising.

The weather continued to be a little disappointing for the remainder of the weekend, but everyone took the opportunity to get some much needed relaxation over the extended weekend, before making their way home, or staying on at the site before moving onto the North Central Region AGM in Shrewsbury the following weekend.

An ever popular site, we will be returning for our 69th Birthday in 2020!
