As instructed by headquarters of The Camping and Caravanning club this year’s AGM will take place virtually via Zoom on Saturday 6th March 2021 @ 3.00pm. 

Members who wish to attend should register with the Secretary, Tracy Booth, by emailing: secretary.shropshireda@gmail.com, and send a copy of your valid membership card for each member attending.

Please register your interest as soon as possible. Please send your request to join the meeting, any questions you wish to raise and any nominations you may have, to Tracy by 27th February 2021. In order to run the meeting as efficiently as possible, we ask that if in the same household you share a device where possible, and no questions will be taken on the day except those arising from any reports presented during the meeting.

Prior to the AGM, the Zoom meeting details will be emailed to members who have registered to join, along with all the relevant documents and reports.
